Our guides explain how apps, devices and file formats work and give a plain-language overview of copyright. They are general information, not legal or professional advice, and may become outdated as apps and laws change. You are responsible for how you use any content you download, and for complying with the law where you live and with the terms of the platforms you use.

The Website mentions and links to third-party platforms and websites. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta, Google, Spotify or any other platform; their names are used only to describe which links our tools work with. We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content or their privacy practices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND AVAILABILITY. We do not guarantee that the Website or its content is complete, current or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOWNLOADERIZE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. Because the Website is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
