Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about Downloaderize and our tools: which one to use, limits, devices, privacy and copyright.
About our tools
Which platforms do you support?
Facebook (videos and Reels), Instagram (Reels, videos and photos) and Spotify (songs, playlists, albums and artists). Each has its own tool; see all tools.
Why separate sites instead of one downloader?
Each platform works differently, so each tool is built for one job: the right formats, the right qualities and help written for that platform. It also keeps each tool small and fast.
Are there daily limits?
Yes, a generous number of downloads per visitor per day, shown in each tool. Limits keep the tools free and fast for everyone and protect them from abuse.
Do the tools work on iPhone?
Yes, in Safari and other iOS browsers. Downloads go to the Files app; our guides show how to move videos into Photos and songs into a music player.
Can I download private content?
No. Our tools only work with public videos, posts and songs. Private, members-only and age-restricted content stays private.
Privacy & safety
Do I need an account?
No. None of our tools asks you to sign up or to sign in to Facebook, Instagram or Spotify.
Do you track me or sell my data?
We don’t sell personal information. Our logs pseudonymise IP addresses, and optional analytics only run if you accept them; see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Preferences.
Are the files safe?
Yes: they are ordinary MP4, M4A, MP3 and JPG files saved by your browser. We never show pop-ups or fake download buttons, and never ask you to install anything.
Copyright
Is downloading legal?
It depends on the content, the platform’s terms and your country. Keeping your own uploads or content you have permission for is fine; sharing or selling other people’s work without permission isn’t. Our guides explain it in plain language for each platform.
Are you affiliated with these platforms?
No. Downloaderize is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta, Google, Spotify or any other platform. Platform names are used only to describe which links our tools work with.
How do I report a copyright problem?
Send a notice as described in our DMCA & Copyright Policy, or contact the team behind the specific tool through its own site.
